Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can do this by sending an email to our customer support team. In your email, please include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and process a full refund.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, upon receipt of the product, you can return the item for a full refund as long as it meets our return policy conditions. Products must be unopened and a request for return must be sent to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information.
Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of receiving confirmation of cancellation and refund from us, firstly check your bank account again. If the refund is still not visible, contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at our customer service email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion.
Please allow up to 24 hours from placing your order for your cancellation request to be processed. If your order has been shipped before we are able to process your request, we will guide you through return procedures.
